Principle Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day business operations to support the delivery of a best in class customer expereince acorss telecoms, energy and isurance services.
  • Secure sucure sucessful transition to operations of new product launches
  • Lead the delivery of all business support activities across the business to include telecom, energy, isurance, Property, IT, Distribution, Health & Safety and Insurance.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across the business as well as manage the external relationships with all suppliers
  • B2B client management, including resolving client issues and queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure buildings/clients comply with all pertinent legislation


Required Competences

  • Extensive knowledge of the telecommunication business particularly in fixed line, broadband and mobile.
  • A strong sense of commercial acumen including working with budgets, suppliers and contractors
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety and commercial buildings legislation would be an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
